Please read these terms carefully before using the bd86 platform. This document forms a binding agreement between you and bd86.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") define the legal relationship between the bd86 platform ("Platform", "Site", "we") and its users ("you", "user", "player"). By creating an account on bd86 or using the site, you are considered to have automatically agreed to these Terms.

2.2 One Account Policy
Each individual may create and maintain only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts may be closed and any remaining balance forfeited.
2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information
You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false information will result in account closure. If your details change, please notify our support team as soon as possible.
Important: bd86 reserves the right to approve or reject any application. We may decline a registration without giving a reason.
3 Account Security
3.1 Password and Identity
It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account, including access by third parties.
3.2 Unauthorized Access
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account or that your password has been compromised, notify the bd86 support team immediately. bd86 will not be liable for any loss resulting from failure to report in a timely manner.
3.3 Account Transfer Prohibited
Selling, transferring or allowing another person to use your bd86 account is strictly prohibited. If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
We support bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay for depositing funds into bd86. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. The maximum deposit limit is set according to applicable security policies and may change.
4.2 Withdrawal Conditions
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Your account must be fully verified (KYC) before a withdrawal can be made.
Withdrawal Time: Withdrawals from verified accounts are completed within 1 hour. If verification is still in progress, it may take longer.
4.3 Identity Verification for Deposits and Withdrawals
Before processing financial transactions, bd86 may request documents to verify your identity, age and address. Delays in providing documents may put transactions on hold.
4.4 Currency
All transactions on bd86 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). If funds are sent in another currency, automatic conversion may apply and a conversion fee will be charged.
5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
A 120% welcome bonus is provided on the first deposit at bd86, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times (bonus + deposit amount). Winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own expiry period and conditions.
- The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once on a single account.
- If a user abuses the bonus system, bd86 reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
- Claiming a bonus using a VPN or proxy may result in account closure.
- A bonus may only be received by one member per household or address.
5.3 VIP Program
The bd86 VIP program has four tiers. Promotion is determined based on a player's activity and contributions:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
- Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
- Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
- Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
VIP tier benefits and conditions may change. bd86 reserves the right to modify previously earned VIP benefits.
5.4 Right to Cancel Bonuses
bd86 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or modify any bonus with or without reason. In cases of fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled in full.
6 Betting and Game Rules
6.1 Bet Acceptance
A bet is considered valid only when the bd86 system successfully confirms it. If a bet is not completed due to a technical issue, bd86 will refund the bet amount.
6.2 Mispriced Odds
bd86 reserves the right to cancel bets placed at clearly incorrect or inconsistent odds or prices. Winnings from such bets will not be paid out.
6.3 Sports Betting
For all disputes regarding match results, bd86's decision is final. Special rules for betting on cricket, football, kabaddi and all other sports events are published on the platform.
6.4 Game Client Errors
bd86 reserves the right to cancel any abnormal winnings resulting from software errors, game engine bugs or other technical issues. The user will then be refunded the original bet amount.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd86 platform:
- Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Strategically exploiting the bonus system (bonus abuse).
- Transferring balance from one account to another.
- Betting using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence.
- Accessing another user's account or attempting to hack.
- Using a VPN or proxy to bypass platform restrictions.
- Impersonating bd86 staff or engaging in fraudulent communication.
- Threatening, harassing or behaving inappropriately toward other users.
If any of the above activities are detected, bd86 will close the account immediately, may forfeit the balance and will take legal action if necessary.
8 Account Closure and Suspension
8.1 Closure at User's Request
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Verification may be required before closure. If there is a valid balance, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw it.
8.2 Suspension by bd86
bd86 reserves the right to immediately suspend or close any account due to breach of these Terms, suspicious activity or security concerns. The user will be notified by email in such cases.
8.3 Inactive Accounts
bd86 may apply a special policy to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. Please contact our support team regarding the balance of an inactive account.
9 Responsible Gambling
9.1 Our Commitment

9.2 Self-Exclusion Tools

Resolution will first be attempted through our support team. If a mutual agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to neutral mediation.
13.3 Applicable Law
These terms and conditions will be interpreted and enforced in accordance with applicable law. In any legal proceedings, bd86's decision will be considered final unless a competent authority rules otherwise.
14 Changes to Terms and Conditions
bd86 reserves the right to change, modify, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will publish a notice on the platform or inform you via your registered email.
If you continue using the platform after any changes, you will be considered to have accepted the new terms and conditions. It is therefore recommended that you visit this page regularly.
15 Entire Agreement & Severability
These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the responsible gaming guidelines together form the entire agreement between bd86 and the user. These terms and conditions replace any prior oral or written understanding.
If any part of these terms and conditions is declared invalid by a legal authority, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
